Cleaning of the apartment and laundering of bed linen and towels on departure
will be the responsibility of the client, unless they have paid a service
charge for the maid service to carry this out. A full clean including towels
and bed linen will cost 45 Euro and is paid locally to the management company,
this is good value for money and ensures a hassle free departure.
Pets are not permitted
Welcome Packs can be arranged. Our local Management Team speak English and will greet you on your arrival. Please note that a non refundable booking deposit of 25% is required.
